经过云南省体育局10年来的着力打造和运营推广，七彩云南格兰芬多自行车节已经成为“一带一路 七彩云南”系列赛事中的重要组成部分，同时发展为全国规模最大、距离最长、参与人数最多的群众性、国际性自行车节。

为了探索体育+旅游新模式，开拓高原特色体育产业发展新思路，在格兰芬多庆典十周年之际特别推出了单城多站赛——腾冲挑战赛。此次赛事不仅将带领世界各地选手领略云南腾冲独具魅力的自然风景以及多姿多彩的民族文化，也将成为展示云南特色风情与魅力文化的窗口。

关门时间：根据惯例，大致要求选手平均速度保持在18-19公里/每小时。但因距离不同地形不同，以组委会最后的规定时间为准。腾冲挑战赛的关门点关门时间将在赛道线路最后确认无误后更新公布。

参赛资格要求

1、现役在册的自行车职业选手不能参加本项赛事

自行车职业选手的定义：出现在UCI注册车队名单上的选手均被视为职业选手。包括UCI职业巡回赛车队、洲际职业队、洲际队、精英山地车队、山地车队，以上车队及选手名单均可在UCI官网上可以查询到。但被上述车队聘为“荣誉客座车手”或者品牌代言人的顶尖业余车手不被视作职业选手。

2、健康状况

参赛选手必须为身体健康，能熟练掌握自行车骑行相关技能的非专业自行车运动爱好者均可报名参赛；有任何发热、感冒、心脏病、高血压等影响比赛的身体疾病者，服用任何影响神智的饮品、酒类、药物者，组委会有权拒绝其参赛。

3、参赛装备

参赛选手的自行车、头盔、装备、护具等自备，所用器材必须符合中自协有关规定和组委会的要求，否则不得参加比赛。比赛时必须始终正确佩戴安全头盔，无头盔者，不得参赛。途中摘掉头盔者，裁判有权取消其参赛资格。

4、参赛车辆要求

公路自行车应为符合该项目规则标准的使用弯把公路大组赛赛车，铁人三项比赛中所用自行车的“休息把”不允许在本比赛中使用。山地车限26/27.5/29英寸车轮直径，轮胎宽度为1.5英寸及以上。另外，所有参赛车辆在赛前必须拆除可能会导致伤害的非必要配件(如：车锁、车筐、脚撑、后货架等)

a.本地选手报名折扣

保山地区（长期在保山地区居住生活）的参赛选手，每站报名优惠减免50元。

请选手上传证明材料：身份证、居住证，保山地区企事业工作单位证明（有公章）,以上三种证明任何一个均可。

折扣享受方式：报名时按正常报名价格全额缴费，并按规定提交证明材料，审核通过的选手，组委会将于9月25日-9月27日集中办理退还50元，退还方式为缴费原渠道退还。

b.格兰芬多老选手报名折扣

凡是参加过任何三届格兰芬多赛事的选手，即可申请粉丝优惠减免50元。

折扣享受方式：报名时按正常报名价格全额缴费，并在相应选项勾选参赛年份，组委会在报名结束后统一检索数据库，确认选手历年参赛信息符合折扣政策后，组委会将于9月25日-9月27日集中办理退还50元。

4、报名注意事项

（1）如需更改组别、车队名称、联系电话等报名信息，请以书面形式发送邮件到组委会；报名截止后，不再接受更改。组委会邮箱地址：info@nordicways.com

（2）一旦报名成功后，不得转让参赛名额。如因不可抗力原因情况，在9月25日前提出申请，可退还80%报名费。9月25日后不再接受不可抗力原因提交的退赛申请。申请成功后，相关费用将在赛后7个工作日内按原路退还。

（3）选手有退赛退费需求，应直接填写赛事电子手册《退赛申请》表单来提交退费信息。组委会接受申请并核实相关证明无误后，将在15个工作日内将款项退回至选手的指定收款账户。

（4）后勤产品（含代订宾馆服务、接送机服务）退定退款:

2023年9月25日24:00以前，组委会将扣除已缴纳后勤付费的20%作为退定手续费。

2023年9月26日00:00及以后，组委会概不接受任何退赛退费申请。

（5）所有报名参赛者都必须仔细阅读、如实、完整、清楚填写参赛报名表及其他条款，如因对赛事条款不清晰、填写不清楚造成组别不正确、对竞赛信息理解有误或是保险信息有误等，造成的损失由本人自行负责。

3、运动员签到时需携带个人有效身份证明（如身份证、户口簿、护照、台胞证等），以便对个人身份进行确认。

4、签到时缴纳计时器押金：200元/人，比赛结束后凭完好的计时器芯片，于2023年9月30日19:30前办理退还押金，逾期组委会有权不予受理；如有遗失，照价赔偿。

5、完赛纪念牌在参加组别比赛后终点领取。

赛事技术规定

1、本次赛事执行中国自行车协会最新审定的《自行车竞赛规则》。

2、比赛实行大组统一出发。

3、参赛选手和自行车须按规定正确佩戴和安装组委会统一配发的号码布与车牌。

4、关门时间：出于城市交通压力的考虑，组委会对长距离组选手设置最低均速要求，我们会在比赛中设置关门点和关门时间，如果您在规定时间内未能到达规定的点位，那么将会被强制收容，不得继续比赛。如果不听劝阻，强行继续骑行，一切后果自负。

5、只有官方报备过的赛事专用工作车、救护车、媒体采访车等才允许比赛期间在赛道上行驶，其他任何车辆严禁进入赛道。不允许参赛队队车跟随比赛。

6、2023年的七彩云南格兰芬多自行车节-腾冲挑战赛长距离组别只允许公路自行车车型参赛，短距离组别分为公路自行车车型和山地自行车车型。不允许砾石车型、折叠车型等其他车型参赛。

7、参赛选手需要提前至少15分钟进入比赛出发区等待发车，选手必须正确的进入自己的出发区。出发A区为长距离公路车组精英选手出发区，出发B区为长距离组公路车出发区，出发C区为短距离组公路车出发区，出发D区为短距离组山地车出发区。

8、腾冲挑战赛线路具有挑战性，技术含量高。部分路面会有破损情况，起伏弯曲，下坡也会有急弯。自身安全第一，不要盲目跟随大部队，影响视线和判断。

9、云南省许多地方海拔较高，日照强烈，请大家特别注意高原反应和防止晒伤，如出现呼吸困难和头痛等不舒服的症状，请不要逞强坚持，健康安全永远放在第一位。对高海拔敏感的人，建议选手可以提前到达适应环境。

10、为了公平的比赛，在任何情况下，选手之间不能相互助力，相互推坡，一旦被发现或被举报（谁举报谁举证原则）组委会仲裁组将对犯规1次的行为处以至少1小时的计时追加，对犯规1次以上的选手将直接取消比赛资格和比赛成绩。

11、比赛成绩申诉：对成绩有异议的选手可在赛后30分钟内向仲裁组提出申诉申请，并缴纳300元申诉押金。如果申诉有效，押金将全额退还。

12、颁奖仪式非常重要，请所有获奖选手必须提前到位，准时出席。如遇特殊情况，请提前安排代理人上台领奖。未按时参加颁奖仪式的选手视为放弃奖项。

Note: now it is the raining season in Tengchong, and some tracks have damaged and landslide conditions, so the final track of Tengchong Challenge will be confirmed and updated in August. If there is any change, please pay attention to the following notice.

As usual, minimum speed requirement will be around 18-19 km/h. However, due to different distances and terrain, the last time will  specified by the organizing committee. The cut-off times for GF Tengchong will be communicated in due course. 

Eligibility requirements：

1.Active registered professional cyclists are not allowed to participate in this event.

2.Participants must be in good health, can master the skills of cycling related non-professional cycling enthusiasts can register. The Organizing Committee has the right to reject the participants who have any physical illness affecting the competition, such as fever, cold, heart disease, high blood pressure, or taking any drink, alcohol, or medicine affecting their mental state.

3.Participants are personally responsible to ensure their bicycle, gear and other equipment are fit for the task.

4.Requirements for participating vehicles: The road bike shall meet the rules and standards of the event using the handlebar road race car. The "rest bar" of the bicycle used in the triathlon competition is not allowed to be used in this competition. Mountain bikes are limited to 26/27.5/29 inch wheel diameters and tire widths of 1.5 inches or more. In addition, all participating vehicles must remove non-essential accessories that may cause injury (such as: lock, basket, foot brace, rear shelf, etc.) before the race.

4.Participants will receive the following event souvenirs upon check-in/completion of the race:

(1) Race materials (including race manual, number plate, number book and deposit bag);

(2) Bag with event logo；

(3) One commemorative medal after each race;

(4) T-shirt with event logo.

5.Maxium entry to each stage is 800.

6.Once the registration is successful, the quota cannot be transferred. If the application is submitted before September 25 due to force majeure, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded. Withdrawal applications for force majeure will no longer be accepted after September 25. After successful application, the relevant fee will be refunded within 7 working days after the game.

7.All participants must carefully read and clearly fill in the entry form. If the event conditions are not clear, the categories are incorrect, the competition information is incorrectly understood or the insurance information is incorrect, etc., the losses caused by them shall be borne by themselves.

Event technical regulations:

1.This event will implement the latest "Cycling Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Cycling Association.

2.The competition will be unified in large groups.

3.Participants and bicycles shall wear and install the bibs and license plates issued by the Organizing Committee in accordance with regulations.

4. There will be a minimum speed requirement and thus time limits for the long and short distancecourses. Please be aware of the cut-off times at check points because we must stop you if you are slower than the announced time limit for the day. If yourefuse to stop, you will be entirely self-responsible and you might run intodifficulties with local authorities, who are setting clear regulations for ourevent.

5.Only official vehicles, ambulances, media vehicles, etc. are allowed to drive on the track during the race, and any other vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the track. Team cars are not allowed to follow the race.

6.The long distance category of GF Tengchong only allows road bikes to participate, while the short distance category is divided into road bikes and mountain bikes. Gravel models, folding models and other models are not allowed to compete.

7.Participants need to enter the starting area at least 15 minutes in advance to wait for the start of the race. Participants must enter their starting area correctly. Departure area A is the departure area for the elite riders of the long-distance road group, departure area B is the departure area for the long-distance road group, departure area C is the departure area for the short-distance road group, and departure area D is the departure area for the short-distance mountain bike group.

8.GF Tengchong circuit is challenging and highly technical. Part of the road will be damaged, undulating bending, downhill will also have sharp bends. Own safety first, do not blindly follow the big troops, affect the vision and judgment.

9.Many places in Yunnan Province are high in altitude and have strong sunshine. Please pay special attention to altitude sickness and prevent sunburn. If you have uncomfortable symptoms such as breathing difficulty and headache, please do not insist. For people who are sensitive to high altitudes, it is recommended that players can arrive early to adapt to the environment.

10.For the sake of fair competition, in any case, players should not help each other, push each other, once found or reported (who reports the principle of proof), the arbitration team of the Organizing committee will impose a minimum of 1 hour of time on the behavior of 1 violation, and the player who commits more than 1 violation will be directly disqualified and disqualified.

11.Competition result appeal: Players who have objections to their results can apply to the arbitration team within 30 minutes after the game, and pay 300 yuan appeal deposit. If the appeal is valid, the deposit will be refunded in full.

12.The award ceremony is very important, all winners must arrive in advance and attend on time. In case of special circumstances, please arrange an agent to accept the prize in advance. Any contestant who fails to attend the award ceremony on time will be deemed to have given up the award.
