重磅!SRAM速连关闭中国昆山工厂

周一大新闻!SRAM发布通告,声称关闭在昆山的生产工厂,顿时震惊业内。通告中表示,开厂三年,中国自行车市场和全球市场的变化导致昆山厂的产能利用率仅为20%,随后将相关生产线转移至台湾工厂,台湾工厂将成为亚洲总部。该消息目前在业内疯狂传开,美骑将进一步留意事件动态。

致所有速联员工
I am sorry to have to inform you that SRAM has made the difficult decision to close SRAM Kunshan manufacturing. I want to provide you with some perspective on why and also to ask for your support going forward.
我需遗憾地告知大家,速联已做了非常艰难的决定:就是将关闭在速联昆山的生产工厂。我在此将说明原因并请大家支持公司继续前进。
I would first like to acknowledge the great work our Kunshan employees have all done over the past 3 years. They have shown great teamwork, strong employee engagement and commitment to Quality.
首先,我要感谢昆山员工在过去三年来的努力。昆山员工展现了卓越的团队合作、极高的员工投入及对品质的承诺。
Unfortunately, changes in the China domestic market as well as the global bicycle markets have resulted in SRAM Kunshan capacity only being 20% utilized. Our sales for Kunshan produced products have continued to decrease while our costs are on the rise. At the same time there are numerous trade agreements that are impacting where our customers are assembling bicycles.
然而不幸的是,中国自行车市场和全球市场的变化导致昆山厂的产能利用率仅为20%。同时昆山产品的销售却持续下跌然而费用在增加中。并且很多贸易协议也影响了客户决定自行车组装的地点。
In order to adapt to these new changes and focus our manufacturing operations to better support our customers, SRAM has decided to close Kunshan manufacturing and will transfer production to our Taiwan factories by June 2017. We will maintain a sourcing/quality group in China as well a small sales and marketing presence. Over the coming weeks we will be developing detailed plans and schedules that will provide clarity and transparency.
为了调适这些新改变及将生产制造集中以便能更好的支持客户,速联决定关闭昆山工厂,并在2017年6月底之前把相关生产移转到台湾工厂。我们将在中国保留供应链和品质单位以及小部分销售和市场营销。在未来的几周内,我们将发展出更明确的计划及公开透明的时间表。
I want to reassure all employees that SRAM continues to invest heavily in our Taiwan Operations and are committed to Taiwan being our Asian headquarters.
我要向所有员工重申就是速联仍将持续的大量投资于台湾营运组织并承诺台湾为亚洲总部。
SRAM will work hard to support all the effected employees in their transition with an attractive compensation package as well as job transition support.
速联将尽力在移转过程中提供具吸引力的薪酬计划并协助这些受影响的员工。
No one ever wants to be in the position to make this kind of a decision and I want you all to know that we did not take this decision lightly. I know this is a difficult time and I thank everyone in advance for your support and commitment to SRAM.

SRAM今早向广大媒体及消费者发布的公告,昆山工厂确实正在关闭,但是销售、营销、售后等非生产部门将不受影响。SRAM官方表示,如有问题,可向官微咨询。

SRAM昆山公司拥有员工三百余人,面积约五万平方米,主要生产前叉、前拨等入门及中端零部件。据悉,该项目投资总额1250万美元,注册资本500万美元。

SRAM在中国,中低端的东东完全处于劣势。SHIMANO早已深入民心,菜车级到赛车级都遍布它的身影...... 中低端的东东只能靠数量才能赚钱,这里已经没有市场了,关闭只是时间问题

22台湾期待的TPP都泡汤了,新南向政策还只是个虚影,目前台湾观光业已经不行了,然后接着就是制造业了,但此时速联把总部设在台湾,不知是何战略意图,局势尚不明朗,此棋还有待商榷!

22sram用过就不会想用洗马路了。。昆山生产的是中低端这个层面洗马路无敌。。台产的行货应该都是云鹏进来的和昆山关系不大。。反正对我们来说没影响。。比如公路。。认真骑车的谁用105以下的套件。然而用sram大部分都是force起山地也是11速。。总之对咱影响不大
公路套件用过Shimano就不会用SRAM了。当然sram还是有优势的:轻量化。

22用过sram才不会去用洗马路了。。电变不错。但是现在选也肯定选死软木etap。。。机械绝对不可能用洗马路。。半档坑货
倒闭的原因主要不是喜玛诺的压力,而是国内自行车行业的订单急剧下滑,没什么工厂的订单
